GENERAL BACKGROUND
Bob has been self-employed since 1972 acting as a Realtor in the early years, and specializing as a fee Appraiser in
1978. A life-long resident of the Triple Cities area, he graduated from Binghamton Central High School and then
received a BA degree from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.
Bob has completed the two most significant achievements in the appraisal profession, namely having been awarded
both the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. He also has a “Certified General Appraiser” status in
New York and Pennsylvania, and is an Affiliate Member of the American Institute of Mineral Appraisers. Experience
includes various types of industrial, commercial, multiple, mineral and residential valuations.

Association and Metropolitan Life.
- Completed multiple appraisals in Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia for subsurface rights, and in many
cases allocated within the overall Fee Simple for Estate Filings and Financial Planning.
- Studied extensive articles/papers and valuation issues for subsurface rights and relative minority discounts.
- Formed a business relationship with Delta Engineers for a complex well meter monitoring system.
